How Custom Sizing Works
Enter measurements in 1/8-inch increments. The displayed checkout price uses the next whole-inch matrix band, while the exact submitted dimensions are saved with the order.
For an inside mount, enter the exact narrowest opening width and do not make an additional deduction. AiryBlinds applies the production allowance described in the measuring guide. For an outside mount, enter the finished coverage size you want.
Measure Before Ordering
Choose inside or outside mount before measuring. Use a steel tape measure and record each dimension to the nearest 1/8 inch.

Production & Delivery
Estimated delivery: 20-30 business days. This factory-custom product ships separately from ready-to-ship U.S. inventory. Tracking is provided when the order ships.
Large project quantities may require additional production coordination. Contact support before ordering if timing is critical.
Natural Wood & Color Variation
Natural wood and bamboo vary in grain, tone, and pattern. Screen settings and lighting can also affect color appearance. These natural differences are part of the material rather than exact color defects.
For multi-window projects where finish consistency is important, contact support about samples before placing the full order.

Your submitted measurements and selections are stored with the order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or different from the submitted configuration, contact AiryBlinds promptly with the order number and photos.
Customer measurement and selection errors may not qualify for a standard return because the item is made to order. Review the current Return & Refund Policy before checkout.
